Under New Management
Suzi's Pub is entering a new chapter under the management of Jacob “Jake” Hess, bringing a renewed focus on hospitality, atmosphere, consistency, and community.
With a background in business operations, technology, branding, and creative development, Jake is taking a hands-on approach to improving the guest experience while preserving the neighborhood character that has made Suzi's Pub a familiar part of Downtown Moline.
We're working toward a refreshed Suzi's Pub, with improvements to our atmosphere, customer service, daily operations, and the overall experience we provide.
You'll notice some new faces behind the bar as we build our team and establish a renewed standard of hospitality.
Some changes will happen quickly, while others will take time. Our goal is to make Suzi's a place where longtime regulars feel at home and new guests feel welcome.
Downtown Moline is more than our address. It's the neighborhood we serve and the community we're proud to be part of.
We believe a good neighborhood pub should contribute positively to the area around it. That means respecting our neighbors, welcoming longtime regulars and first-time visitors, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, and building lasting relationships within the community.
We want Suzi's Pub to grow alongside Downtown Moline while remaining the kind of neighborhood gathering place people know and appreciate.
As our improvements move forward, you'll also see changes to suzispub.com.
We're working toward an updated website that better reflects the new direction of Suzi's Pub, our team, upcoming announcements, and the experience we're creating.
We invite you to follow our progress, stop in, meet the team, and see what's changing.
Same neighborhood. New faces. A renewed commitment. A new chapter for Suzi's Pub.
